Yasmina Reza is a French playwright and novelist, based in Paris, whose works have all been multi-award-winning, critical and popular international successes. Her plays, Conversations After a Burial, The Passage of Winter, Art, The Unexpected Man, Life x 3 and A Spanish Play, God of Carnage, How You Talk the Game and Bella Figura have been produced worldwide and translated into thirty-five languages. In 1995, Art premiered in Paris and went on to win the Molière Award for Best Author. Since then it has been produced world-wide and translated and performed in over 30 languages and was the winner of the Laurence Olivier Award, the Evening Standard Award, and the Tony Award.
